American Penn-dutch Sausage 5 lb Pork butt, coarse ground
2 tb Cloves, ground
2 tb Salt
1 c Cold Water
1/3 c Sage
3 tb Coriander
1 tb Black pepper
Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into sheep casing. To cook, fry or bake.
